Dinner last night was Linguine and Meatballs. Home made meatballs of course with minced beef, pork, onions, garlic, parsley, parmigiano reggiano, oregano, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and each individually stuffed with a little cube of fresh mozzarella cheese which was a nice touch. After dinner we popped over to our neighbours house to watch the rugby (Ireland v. South Africa) while their's and our girls played together. Gwen and I finished off the evening at home watching the last few tivo'd episodes of Mad Men Series One. I know, we are way behind the times with the Mad Men madness but I can now see what the fuss is all about as it is quite good.
This morning was lovely but the weather forecast was showing a big storm coming in so we spent as much time as we could outside. We walked along the Scilly Walk from the town to Summercove and had lunch at the truely epic pub "The Bulman". (mentioned more than a few times on this blog). Just as we got home the rain started falling so we are in for the night. Here is Met Eireann's radar as I write, where is Ireland?!!
