On Thursday morning Rhodelle and Carl departed and later in the day Maria, Gerry and their kids arrived along with Ashling, Michael and their crew. We did a quick walk around the town (the French Navy were in town for some reason) and cooked up a nice big steak dinner that night. Maria and Gerry stayed again on Friday and visited Charlesfort with Gwen and sounds like they all had a nice quiet night in watching "Reeling in the Years" while I headed to Baltimore for a sailing weekend. Maria and Gerry - thanks for visiting us, hope you enjoyed your few days here and the town and we will see you on Friday in Carlow.
