On Friday evening Kiara, Neil and Shane arrived into town to be part of Sarah's 6th birthday party on Saturday. Carl Doyle also popped in for a drink on Friday night as he was in town for a wedding. (Kinsale is a popular wedding town).
We had a big day on Saturday with all of Sarah's new school friends attending her 6th birthday party at our house. We rented a bouncy castle and lucked out with an absolutely beautiful sunny warm day. The party gave Gwen and I a great chance to meet all the other parents who all seem really nice. It was a big success and I think all her friends had a great day out.
Kiara, Neil and Shane stayed till Sunday afternoon and headed back to Dublin after we all had lunch at the Blue Haven and one final bounce around in the castle before it was taken away. A very nice weekend had by all.
