As noted in previous posting Carl and Rhodelle brought us a huge box of Indian spices as well as a folder full of recipes that you are guaranteed not to see in any high street curry house. Included in the package was Asafoetida, Cumin, Fennel, Extra hot red chillies, Mung Dal, Yellow Gram Flour, Methi Seeds Fenugreek, Green and Black Cardamom, Mung Dal Yellow, Cinnamon, Tamarind, Garam Masala, Jeera Powder and so many more. It's a huge box of stuff!!
