Quick day trip to Waterford

This weekend we made the short drive to Ardmore which is a lovely small seaside town in Waterford.   The town is home to Ireland's only only one Star Michelin Hotel Restaurant. The Cliff House,  which I desperately want to visit so our trip was as much about reconnaissance to see if it is feasible to drive there and back some evening for dinner. (it is!)
